Padelistics is developed by Luca Castello, an independent developer, and is designed with a privacy-by-design approach that ensures no personal data is independently collected or processed.
Padelistics does not act as a data controller for personal data, as the App does not collect, store, or process personal data on developer-controlled servers.

Apple Inc. may act as an independent data controller for Apple services used within the App.
Padelistics does not require user registration or account creation and does not independently collect or process personal data.
Specifically, the App:
Any data used by the App remains under the user's control and is processed exclusively within Apple-managed services, such as Apple Health and iCloud, in accordance with Apple's privacy policies.
Padelistics may access and display health and fitness data through Apple HealthKit® solely to provide its core features, such as tracking padel training and match activity, displaying workout summaries and statistics, and offering insights into physical performance over time.

Opt-out: users can revoke HealthKit access at any time via iOS Settings.
Padelistics may use iCloud® to synchronize app data across the user's devices.
Opt-out: users can disable iCloud sync at any time in the App's settings (if available) and/or in iOS iCloud settings for the App
Padelistics offers optional in-app purchases handled exclusively by the Apple App Store®.
Users can manage, modify, or cancel in-app purchases and subscriptions at any time through their Apple ID account settings.
Padelistics does not engage in marketing activities involving personal data.
Padelistics does not collect:
No technical or diagnostic data is collected outside what is inherently managed by Apple's operating systems.

The only services involved in App functionality are Apple services, governed by Apple's own privacy policies.
